Why Sign up?

The online services portal is an easy to use and valuable tool that allows you to:

  • Enter orders online
  • Check the status of existing orders
  • Download documents directly to your computer
  • Search existing or past orders

All orders are updated continually as they move through the system. Jobs are noted:

  • When received
  • When they are scheduled for service
  • When the service is completed
  • When the job is finished
  • Any exceptions or problems that arise
    • In the case where a customer requests electronic delivery: The online status notates when the documents are available for you to download.

Once you are in our system, you can go directly to your account for status, or, as always, you can call for personal assistance

  • Simply Click on the "Online Order Status" Button
  • In the area indicated, type in your USER ID and PASSWORD
    • IF YOU GET A MESSAGE REGARDING INTERNET EXPLORER, YOU CAN CHOOSE TO UPGRADE, OR SIMPLY CLICK THE BAR THAT SAYS "I DON'T CARE, I LIKE MY BROWSER"
  • Find your name in the "Contact Name" - Drop Down Box - (Yours may be the only name)
  • Click the bar "Enter Online Services"

Now you can:

  • ENTER an order online (Order Online Button)
  • Check the Status of an existing order (Status Online Button)
  • Download your documents directly to your computer (Download Records Button)
  • NOTE: By default, you have already been directed to the Status Online page, where you can check status on every order placed under your contact name. Use the search filters as needed to find a specific or range of orders.

Order Online:

  • First, select your order type. This will affect the required options to complete your order.
  • Be sure to fill out the form as completely as possible, especially for subpoena requests.
  • HELPFUL TOOLS: Regarding courts, opposing counsels and facilities, you can search our built in database for each of these entities so that you don't have to fill in all the fields yourself. The court section should be especially helpful.
  • Of course, should you have any questions regarding any part of our online form, please call us for assistance.
  • You will have the option to upload attachments you may have to accompany your order such as an authorization or an attachment 3.
  • Please note other options such as how we provide records to you, either cd-rom, online image, paper, hardcopy and disk.
  • Once your order is complete, press the "Submit This Order" button at the bottom of the form and your request will be uploaded to our server.
  • This will redirect you back to the status online page where you should notice your newly entered order in the search results. A temporary workorder number that starts with the prefix WEB will be visible. You can click on that number and it will pull up the order you just entered where you will have the option to print it out for your records and reference.
  • Also, once you submit your order a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you with all of your order information, which you may also print out.

Status Online:

  • This is the default screen once logged in to the site; however, you can also get here by clicking on the Status Online button.
  • There are filters here to help you refine searches. Please note the "Orders Within" filter that at times may be of use, But if ignored may be the reason you're not finding what you're looking for.
  • Once your search results are presented, they will be from newest on top and descend to older from there.
  • The following are your options from the search results screen:
    • Click the order link on the left to access your order information as it was submitted to us.
    • On the far right there is an "Add To" link. This will take you to the Order Online page; however, all of the case information will already be present because you'd be adding to an existing order. You would simply have to fill out the new facility information and records type. This will generate a new order with a new work order number.
    • Just to the left of the "Add To" link, there is a "Status Link". The status link will bring you to the Workorder Locations screen that will show every location for a specific order. You will be able to define which location is which by looking at the Location column and the Location # column. Each location will have its own "Status" link. The link located by a specific location will direct you to the history of statuses for that particular facility. The statuses will be listed from newest to oldest.
    • Also within the Workorder Locations screen, there is a column labeled "Records". If you have chosen to receive your records electronically and your records have been received, there will be a "Download" link in the "Records" column. If records for a specific location are not available yet, the field under the "Records" column will read "N/A".

Download Records:

  • A shortcut to access records available to download would be to click the Download Records button on the left hand side of the page. This will look similar to the online status search as ultimately, that's what it is. You will have filters setup to find all files that need to be downloaded or even previous files that have already been downloaded.
